                              RESOLUTION NO. 21376
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF
                 CREDITS FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT
                 WITHIN THE VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS, AGENCIES, AND
                 DIVISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the City Finance Officer be and is
       hereby authorized to transfer credits from one account to another 

       account within or between the accounts of the various agencies 
and
       divisions of government and the various departments of the City 
as
       may be necessary to meet expenditures for the fiscal year
       1996-1997, but this authorization shall not apply to Special
       Funds.
